1. WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD DELIVERY TIME?
In-stock items - Some in-stock items are shipped via FedEx or DHL and will be delivered within 7 working days. Some items are handmade by craftsmen after the order is placed. Delivery time is usually 2 weeks.
Backordered items- If your item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch it within the promised time, we will always notify you via email
2. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (outer and inner protections).
Please do not send your purchase back before we have reviewed your return case.

We stand behind our product packaging, and even though we always have shipping insurance, damage claims are covered by us within 3 days after we have receive your claim.We will require you to send us photography evidence including packaging in order to speed up the claim and offer you a refund or replacement based on your preference.
3. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
JINGEE is a safe company to order from when it comes to fragile artwork.
We stand behind our product packaging, and even though we always have shipping insurance, damage claims are covered by us within 3 days after we have received your claim.
We will require you to send us photographic evidence in order to speed up the claim. You will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement based on your preference.
Please note that we accept claims within 30 days of delivery.
