All of our products are shipped using recyclable materials. Your ceramic pieces are wrapped safe with packaging that is also home compostable, and your box will be marked as fragile. If your package arrives damaged, we will replace any broken items at no cost to you.

Because all Jingee’s works are handmade and customized, our policy states that we do not refund purchases to the original form of payment unless the item is defective. If a piece doesn't work for you, we can exchange your items, or give you store credit. 

All our works are 100% lead-free, non-toxic, and finished with food-safe glazes.

Forged in 1,300°C kilns, your JINGEE vessel is inherently durable. Yet, its handcrafted nature invites mindful preservation. To ensure it lasts a lifetime, we recommend the following:

1、Mindful Cleansing: Though dishwasher and microwave safe, we highly recommend gentle hand washing with mild soap to preserve the unique tactile finish.

2、Temperature Resilience: Avoid extreme thermal shock. Never move a piece directly from a freezing environment to sudden high heat.

3、Living History: Over time, matte glazes may develop a subtle patina from dark teas or espresso. Embrace these gentle marks—they are not flaws, but the beautiful, unfolding story of your vessel.
